Clean Burn Parts Store – Return & Exchange Policy

1. Purpose
Gingerich Clean Burn Parts Store provides OEM parts for qualified technicians and end users. Because these parts affect equipment safety and performance, returns are carefully regulated to ensure product integrity.
2. Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted only when:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by Clean Burn.
Non-returnable items include:
- Installed, used, or modified parts.
- Special-order or custom items.
- Consumables (filters, nozzles, etc.) that show signs of installation.
- Items marked “Final Sale.”
3. Return Procedure
Email parts@gingerichcleanburn.com or call (614) 873-3481 to request an RMA within 30 days of delivery. Or use our online locator to contact your local Authorized Distributor about your request.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return with photos if defective.
3. Once authorized, package the item securely and ship to the address provided.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or received a part you did not order.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Notify local Authorized Distributor within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order number and photo documentation.
- Clean Burn will replace or refund the item and cover return shipping.
5. Restocking Fee & Refunds
· All approved returns (except for defective or incorrect items) are subject to a 20 % restocking fee, applied at Clean Burn’s discretion.
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
6. Warranty Parts
Warranty claims are not processed through the online store. Customers must contact their authorized Clean Burn distributor for inspection and warranty coverage. Any return initiated through the store is treated as a regular sale, not a warranty claim.
7. Processing Time
Clean Burn will confirm receipt of returned items and notify you of approval or denial within 7–10 business days of inspection.
